A Touch of Navajo Guarantees the workmanship and authenticity of each Jewelry and Rug sold as made by each respective artist, Leonard Gene and/or Rosie Taylor. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality and workmanship, please return it for a full refund.

Shipping

All orders over $50.00 US Dollars are shipped via 3-Day Insured Priority Mail provided by U.S. Postal Service for both foreign and domestic delivery. The charge for shipping is a flat rate $6.50 per Insured shipment. If for some reason you require overnight delivery, please do not hesitate to give our office a call or email us at your earliest convenience to expedite this matter. Please include your Order No. in your communication so we know which order to expedite. Prior to shipping the product, we will contact you to confirm delivery information and service and any additional cost thereof.

Special Orders

Special Orders are welcome. In fact, it is highly encouraged. It is an integral part of our business. If you see a particular piece of jewelry from our site and do not see it in your favorite stone, we will custom design the jewelry to your specifications except where limitations prohibit. As with all our jewelry, we guarantee the superior workmanship in every piece we make. Please send us an e-mail and we will contact you about your request.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the workmanship or quality of our jewelry, you may return any or all items from your order for a full refund, less shipping cost. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of invoice to obtain a full refund. The date of invoice in most cases will be the same day the item(s) will be shipped so, we urge you to examine your order as soon as possible to determine if any item(s) need to be returned. Any item replaced will be at no additional charge. Exchanges will be handled the same as replacements. If the exchange of an item of jewelry is for an item of a higher price, the difference in price will be an outstanding balance.

Care and Maintenance of Jewelry

For cleaning Silver, we recommend Connoisseurs Jewelry Wipes. You can find this product in most Department Stores, i.e., Wal-Mart or K-Mart for about $4.00. Use Cinch Glass Cleaner or Windex before using the Connoisseurs Jewelry Wipes to remove the grime and dirt. Use the wipes to polish your jewelry to a beautiful shine.
